In this pivotal role, you will lead a game from its initial development stages through a triumphant launch and into live operations. You will be the central force coordinating diverse teams, championing product vision, and ensuring seamless execution. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex organizational landscapes, optimizing production pipelines, and delivering high-quality, polished games that captivate players and achieve market success. Key Responsibilities:

• Own project delivery from design through launch, meticulously managing the roadmap, schedule, and key milestones.
• Drive research and development, alongside iterative processes, to rapidly prove out key features and innovative gameplay elements.
• Champion the launch process, serving as the primary liaison for all compliance, legal, privacy, and security reviews to ensure a smooth and successful path to market.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of developers, designers, artists, and marketers, fostering a vibrant culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Communicate with exceptional clarity and urgency, providing regular, proactive updates on project status, potential risks, and critical dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Optimize production pipelines to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases that meet strategic objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in game production, with a proven record of shipping successful titles in a senior leadership capacity.
• Direct experience guiding multiple games from initial development through launch and into ongoing live operations.
• Expertise in navigating compliance, privacy, and security frameworks within a large, matrixed organizational structure.
• Mastery of project management tools and methodologies to effectively track and manage complex development cycles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a talent for building consensus and fostering strong team dynamics.
• A resilient, proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous environments and consistently drives for clarity and resolution.
• Proven experience using data and iterative processes to inform decision-making and build organizational alignment.
• Prior experience in game development is essential for this role.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience releasing games across a variety of platforms, including PC, mobile, and web.
• Deep understanding and experience with free-to-play models and the casual games market.
• A genuine passion for and comprehensive understanding of the casual games market.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and content management platforms.
• Experience working with web-based game technologies.
