Are you ready to be a pivotal force in ensuring products reach consumers on time, every time? We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to step into a crucial role within global licensed operations. In this position, you won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be driving the end-to-end process for specified products, directly influencing product availability and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be vital in orchestrating the flow of goods, collaborating with diverse teams, and optimizing delivery schedules, making a significant impact on the company’s global reach and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly supply planning activities, including reviewing net needs and executing purchase orders.
  • Monitor and follow up on confirmed purchase order delivery dates to ensure timely product arrival.
  • Manage change requests for delivery schedules and communicate updates to regional supply planning, vendors, category management, and other stakeholders regarding rescheduled deliveries, program deliveries, seasonal deliveries, and projected shortfalls.
  • Oversee the setup of new seasons within internal systems, including product and process configurations.
  • Execute global and seasonal product buys for all regions.
  • Manage all necessary shipment documentation support and on-time performance reporting.
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports to partners, coordinate weekly partner meeting logistics, and contribute to quarterly partner reviews.
  • Manage the execution of the quarterly global production report.
  • Provide training and support to vendors and factories on internal systems and processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and factories.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and take on additional responsibilities to support global supply planning for licensed goods as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional planning, logistics, and licensed partners.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and in full to meet regional demand.
  • Actively participate in communications and meetings that contribute to the strategic sourcing of global licensed supply.
  • Perform system administrative duties for purchase order maintenance.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, particularly in supply planning and purchasing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regional teams.
  • Proficiency in data management and report generation.
  • Experience with internal supply chain or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for setup and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges and adapt to changing requirements.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries.
