We are seeking a Merchandising Operations Manager for an 8-month onsite engagement in Beaverton, OR.  This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of how products reach consumers, directly influencing the brand’s ability to deliver innovative and desired assortments. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing new processes and tools that streamline workflows, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution across various departments.

Responsibilities

* Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather critical insights, informing the design of future processes that enhance speed, efficiency, and simplicity.
* Develop comprehensive plans for stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption of new operational processes and tools across different organizational levels.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Planning and Sales, and various cross-functional partners to achieve strategic objectives and deliver impactful results.
* Identify opportunities for improvement within internal client-facing functions, engaging with partners to ensure smooth integration with broader enterprise dependencies.
* Drive change through strategic thinking and excellent communication, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree plus 4-5 years of professional work experience in merchandising, management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or a related field (or 3+ years of work experience with an MBA).
* Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
* A genuine passion for leveraging processes and tools to improve execution and drive tangible results.
* Expertise in problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills.
* Compelling storytelling abilities with a proven capacity to influence stakeholders at multiple levels throughout an organization.
* Self-directed and comfortable thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of merchandising principles and practices.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $567/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
