The Opportunity
We’re looking for four passionate Sales Specialists to help build our U.S. retail network from the ground up. This is an exciting chance to join an early-stage division backed by world-class design and innovation.
You’ll be the face of the brand—traveling across the U.S. to visit independent bike shops, conduct demos, and onboard new retail partners who share a commitment to premium cycling experiences. When not on the road, you’ll collaborate from our Culver City office alongside our U.S. business development and key-accounts teams.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct extensive market visits to identify and onboard independent retail partners.
- Present and demo high-end e-bikes to store owners and professional riders, highlighting unique product advantages.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to drive sales growth, ensure optimal inventory, and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide training to shop staff and ensure consistent product presentation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to share insights, coordinate logistics, and align on sales goals.
- Gather market feedback, analyze competitor activity, and help shape future sales strategies.
- Manage account receivables and maintain organized, professional reporting.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in consumer tech, sporting goods, cycling, or outdoor industries.
- Proven success in field sales or account development—comfortable meeting clients in person and managing relationships face-to-face.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required; interviews will include Mandarin conversations).
- Passionate about cycling, particularly mountain biking, and eager to engage deeply with the product.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business tools.
