**Your Impact & Responsibilities**

As a core member of our audit team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing our global financial and operational processes. You will:

* Plan, organize, and eventually lead various audit engagements across our global businesses.
* Examine financial records, accounting practices, and business operations to proactively identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
* Analyze risk management processes, pinpointing areas for improvement and recommending strategic solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement robust policies and procedures that promote transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
* Participate in special projects, including due diligence reviews, post-acquisition assessments, and investigations, as required.
* Continuously attend seminars and training courses to stay current with job-related technology and industry best practices.
* Act as an objective source of independent advice, ensuring the validity, legality, and successful achievement of company goals.

**What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 4-8 years of experience in an external audit firm.
* Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time, approximately 6 trips per year.

**What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Haves)**

* Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA.
* Experience with a Big4 accounting firm.
