As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in elevating the daily experience for everyone who walks through the doors. Your expertise in crafting beverages and managing the cafe space will directly contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere, supporting productivity and well-being. You will ensure that every interaction is met with warmth and professionalism, making a significant difference in the company’s commitment to excellence and fostering a collaborative spirit.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests, clients, and team members at the beverage bar.
* Greet customers in a friendly manner and efficiently take drink orders.
* Expertly prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks.
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work environment and cafe seating areas.
* Exercise prudent oversight over beverage supplies and inventory management, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and resourcefulness.
* Track and order inventory for cafe and beverage provisions, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins, and cups.
* Skillfully operate and maintain essential equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and coffee makers.
* Comfortably navigate a dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and cleanliness.
* Proficiency in preparing a wide range of coffee and tea beverages.
* Capability to maintain and troubleshoot cafe equipment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Previous professional experience as a barista, enabling minimal training.
