We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our vibrant design community. **What You’ll Do**

As a key contributor, you will leverage your deep understanding of marketplace-driven product design trends across online and in-store retail ecosystems. You will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation. This role demands a strategic mindset, a passion for inclusive design, and the ability to articulate your vision compellingly. You will make an impact by:

* Designing mobile-first e-commerce experiences that boost customer engagement and conversion.
* Building and testing interactive prototypes that communicate high-fidelity design intent for omnichannel experiences.
* Applying inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility and universality in digital touchpoints.
* Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft.
* Partnering with design research to create insightful design solutions.
* Constantly balancing business goals with user needs.
* Rapidly prototyping and experimenting in a fast-paced environment.
* Multitasking across different projects and adapting to changing priorities.
* Collaborating with the Design System team to expand the component library.
* Championing the Design Thinking philosophy throughout the business.
* Communicating effectively with kindness and empathy.
* Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
* Staying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail.

**Required Qualifications**

* Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or a related area AND 3 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or a related area.
* Option 2: 5 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or a related area.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Design Thinking certification.
* Driving product development in a user experience area.
* Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or a related area.
* Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, e-commerce, healthcare).
* Knowledge of accessibility best practices, including implementing industry-standard accessibility guidelines, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $130,000.00-$150,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and may also include stock.
