**What You’ll Do & The Impact You’ll Have:**

As a key member of our operations support team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our retail environments. You will coordinate crucial projects and day-to-day activities, ensuring our brand’s physical footprint reflects its prestige and operational excellence. Your contributions will directly enable our retail locations to thrive, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

* Drive Retail Project Success: Coordinate new store openings, relocations, and closures from initial planning through to successful completion.
* Oversee Timelines & Deliverables: Track construction schedules, monitor vendor progress, and ensure timely delivery of essential fixtures and supplies.
* Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage repair and maintenance requests, guaranteeing prompt follow-up and resolution to uphold brand standards.
* Maintain Organized Operations: Develop and maintain project trackers, calendars, and checklists to ensure all key milestones are met efficiently.
* Support Financial Administration: Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and basic budget tracking for operational expenditures.
* Ensure Compliance & Smooth Functioning: Process rent payments, vendor invoices, and service requests accurately. Coordinate business license renewals, utilities, and other compliance requirements, maintaining meticulous records for all operational activities.
* Foster Key Relationships: Act as a primary liaison with external vendors, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams.
* Facilitate Communication: Communicate critical project updates and operational needs to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
* Uphold Brand Presentation: Support the overall maintenance and presentation of our brand’s retail fleet, ensuring every location consistently meets our high aesthetic and functional standards.

**What You’ll Bring:**

* Proven experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, or project support.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel as needed to support various store projects.

**What Will Set You Apart:**

* Experience within the beauty or specialty retail sector.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
* Demonstrated competencies in organization & follow-through, communication & collaboration, problem-solving, vendor coordination, and execution excellence.
