We are seeking a highly creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s dynamic in-house content team as a Freelance Video Editor and Motion Graphics Animator. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the visual identity and storytelling prowess of a leading technology company. You will edit a diverse range of long-form and short-form corporate videos, design and animate captivating 2D graphics, and significantly influence the overall style, pacing, and quality of all video output. **Key Responsibilities**
* Creatively edit engaging and dynamic corporate videos designed to inspire audience action and engagement.
* Efficiently organize and manage video footage, assets, and project files across multiple productions.
* Collaborate closely with producers and creative leads to translate vision into compelling video content.
* Enhance production value through expert application of motion graphics, sound design, music, color correction, and visual effects.
* Optimize videos for pacing, engagement, and retention across various digital platforms and algorithms.
* Stay abreast of current content trends, channel best practices, and evolving editing techniques.
* Provide valuable feedback, guidance, and mentorship to team members and other freelancers.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
* 3-5+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically with corporate content or digital content platforms.
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
* Strong instincts for storytelling, pacing, thought leadership, and audience retention.
* Exceptional organizational skills for media and project management.
* Proven understanding of digital content strategy, analytics, and optimization.
* Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine passion for technology and corporate video production.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with Cinema 4D or any other 3D animation environment.

Please NOTE: This is a fully ONSITE role in Dallas, TX. Hours will eventually be full-time, but will be part-time to start until you get ramped up.
