We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate marketing professional to join our client as a key player in their retention marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how clients interact with the brand, directly impacting sales growth and fostering long-term loyalty through sophisticated, automated campaigns. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and engaging experience across multiple digital touchpoints, directly contributing to the success of a beloved consumer brand.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Design and refine event-driven automated campaigns, supporting both online and in-store client engagement.
* Manage the complete lifecycle of campaign development, collaborating with various internal teams including CRM, content, product, analytics, development, and external partners to execute client-centric automated strategies across the entire customer journey.
* Maintain a comprehensive overview of the client messaging journey across email and mobile communication channels.
* Ensure flawless operational execution by meticulously proofing, testing, and quality assuring all campaign elements, verifying linking strategies and content accuracy across desktop and mobile platforms.
* Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, working with appropriate partners for swift resolution.
* Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
* Champion the best possible client experience, always approaching tasks with a client-centric mindset.
* Monitor and report on the performance of automated programs, highlighting key achievements and providing data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience managing complex automated email and/or mobile campaigns within leading marketing automation platforms.
* 2+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams on building, launching, and troubleshooting campaigns.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform strategic recommendations.
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
* Superior organizational skills, capable of juggling and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
* A flexible and nimble attitude, calmly problem-solving in an environment with frequent changes and potential roadblocks.
* High sense of urgency, demonstrating a self-starter mentality with a strong degree of motivation.
* Superb attention to detail, executing projects with a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detecting inconsistencies.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools.
