**What you will do:**

* Identify, assess, and continuously monitor risks associated with AI systems, encompassing model integrity, adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and privacy concerns.
* Design and implement robust controls to mitigate AI-related risks, including comprehensive model validation, explainability frameworks, and secure data handling practices.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and relevant external regulations.
* Provide critical support for audits and regulatory examinations pertaining to AI and cybersecurity risk.
* Develop and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to effectively monitor the organization’s AI security posture.
* Deliver regular, insightful reporting to senior leadership and risk committees on evolving AI risk trends and mitigation efforts.
* Proactively stay current with emerging AI threats, technologies, and best practices to anticipate and address future challenges.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in technology risk or cybersecurity, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/Machine Learning systems.
* Profound understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model governance principles, and their associated security implications.
* Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and widely recognized risk frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, comprehensive data governance strategies, and secure software development practices.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration and strategic influence.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent industry certifications.
* AI-specific certifications (e.g., Certified AI Risk Management Professional).
