Our leading investment management firm client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with financial experience to join their small, dynamic marketing and communications team. This temporary, part-time role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the visual integrity of various marketing assets, particularly within a financial services context.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing the PowerPoint slide library, creating engaging blog posts, white papers, social media tiles, flyers, and advertisements. This position requires not only technical proficiency in design tools but also a strong ability to synthesize complex investment terms and numerical data into visually appealing and easily digestible content, playing a vital role in communicating the company’s message effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the PowerPoint slide library, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Design and format blog posts, white papers, social media tiles, flyers, and advertisements.
- Utilize InDesign and WordPress for content creation and website uploads.
- Create visually appealing graphs and numerical data presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Synthesize complex investment terms and terminology into easily digestible visual content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint for slide library maintenance and presentation design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and WordPress.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with numerical data, graphs, and complex information.
- Demonstrated conceptual design skills with the ability to offer creative solutions and think outside basic branding.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, visually engaging content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders.
