We are seeking a visionary professional to join a dynamic team dedicated to refining and enhancing AI models and digital content. In this pivotal role, you won’t just be reviewing content; you’ll be a key architect in shaping the conversational quality of advanced AI, directly influencing how users engage with cutting-edge platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in setting new standards for accuracy, consistency, and user experience, driving the evolution of digital interaction for a global audience. **What You’ll Do:**

* Write, edit, and meticulously review a diverse range of content for advanced digital platforms, from creative copy to intricate AI model prompts.
* Apply rigorous guidelines to evaluate content at scale, ensuring unwavering accuracy and consistency across all outputs.
* Annotate and critically evaluate qualitative data related to the conversational quality of AI models, identifying areas for improvement.
* Assess and address conversational quality issues within AI models, implementing solutions through various sophisticated prompting practices.
* Develop and test system prompts using clear, compelling natural language to precisely steer and optimize model performance.
* Perform in-depth analysis and generate compelling reports, delivering actionable insights to our partners.
* Collaborate closely with content and product teams to continuously refine guidelines and elevate the overall user experience.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work extended schedules as required.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* **Expert Editorial Judgment & Advanced Writing/Editing Skills:** Possess a proven track record of impeccable editorial judgment around nuanced topics and the ability to write, review, and edit content with precision and clarity, ensuring high-quality output for cutting-edge digital platforms.
* **Prompt Engineering & Annotation Experience:** Deep familiarity with designing, testing, and refining AI model prompts, coupled with extensive experience in annotating qualitative data for conversational AI.
* **Critical Thinking & Guideline Interpretation:** Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply complex guidelines, especially in ambiguous or novel scenarios, ensuring accuracy and consistency at scale.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 6+ years of experience in journalism, digital content strategy, production, or related fields.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Experience with multimedia content creation across various formats (text, audio, video).
* Visual content skills, including photo editing, video production, or creative writing.
* In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape and emerging trends.
* Demonstrated storytelling and narrative development abilities.
* Familiarity with AP Style and established editorial standards.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel) or other analytical tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
