This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the creation of merchandise that connects fans with their favorite entertainment properties, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery from concept to market.

As a key contributor, you will navigate the exciting intersection of creative vision and operational excellence. You’ll build vital relationships, streamline approval processes, and ensure that every product reflects the magic and integrity of the original stories. Your meticulous attention to detail and collaborative spirit will be crucial in driving projects forward and bringing imaginative products to life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build relationships with key partners within the organization to secure inspiring assets for product lines.
  • Manage asset requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery for product development.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to provide clear status updates on asset requests and approvals.
  • Facilitate product and packaging approvals through online systems, coordinating collaborative meetings and adhering to strict timelines.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive product presentations for line reviews and executive meetings.
  • Offer essential support to Product Design and Development teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes within consumer product categories.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple product-related projects of varying complexity

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining product presentations and related materials.
  • A foundational understanding of iconic entertainment brands, characters, and stories.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  •  Strong computer software skills, including presentation, design, and office productivity tools (e.g., for word processing, spreadsheets, and visual communication).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and a self-starter, capable of taking initiative.
  • Sharp, quick learner, and adaptable to change.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

  • Experience and passion for various design fields (e.g., graphic design, industrial design, toy design, print design).
  • Strong graphic and layout skills, demonstrating an artistic understanding of composition and color.
  • Familiarity with design software.
