We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join a thriving sales team, providing essential support that directly fuels revenue growth and strengthens client relationships. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to account executives, driving success by optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and identifying new opportunities across a vast portfolio of multimedia and addressable products. Your contributions will be critical in expanding market reach, fostering client loyalty, and ultimately, shaping the future of advertising within a world-renowned entertainment ecosystem.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Provide comprehensive sales support to account executives, focusing on generating new business, retaining existing clients, and expanding sales across diverse multimedia and addressable products.
- Act as a central coordinator for pre-sales activities, collaborating with marketing and planning teams to respond to RFPs, create compelling pitches, and address marketing briefs with sales communications, insights, and strategic solutions.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for clients by understanding the full scope of available offerings, encompassing both linear and digital platforms.
- Partner with insights teams to develop and coordinate qualitative information for pre-sale planning and presentation development.
- Facilitate the coordination and alignment with planning teams for campaign strategies.
- Lead prospecting activities for new business and manage sales efforts for specific accounts, including plan development, pitching, and selling, after initial training and approval.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout active campaigns, collaborating with marketing, ad operations, and research teams to ensure all campaign elements are executed flawlessly.
- Prepare deal memos and coordinate comprehensive “Playbooks” for larger campaigns.
- Lead weekly agency status calls or email communications regarding ratings and campaign reporting.
- Coordinate closely with ad operations to manage liability and ensure accurate campaign delivery and revenue recognition.
- Verify that plans are accurately booked in the system, schedules are confirmed, CPMs are aligned, and all sponsorship elements are executed as planned.
- Support post-sales efforts to ensure high client satisfaction and drive deal renewals, coordinating with sales communications, marketing teams for recap sites/decks, and research for custom studies or reporting.
- Organize and provide video clips and topline success stories to agencies as required.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agencies, including investment teams for holding companies and strategy/planning teams for specific categories.
- Translate customer needs into actionable, sellable opportunities.
- Serve as a key resource for account executives regarding available opportunities across all media types within the extensive portfolio.
- Analyze linear business performance to identify and recommend digital growth opportunities.
- Leverage deal expertise to proactively suggest optimized inventory solutions.
- Develop and deliver impactful and persuasive presentations to clients.
- Prepare and submit high-quality, timely proposals and RFP responses.
- Create and present both pitch and wrap-up decks for campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for securing client assets and obtaining mock-up approvals for upcoming campaigns.
- Compile weekly and quarterly sales and client status reports.
- Track all meetings, closed deals, and client interactions on a weekly basis.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales support or a related field within the advertising or media industry.
- Demonstrated experience within linear and/or digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in media math and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively manipulate data for analysis and presentation.
- Proven strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific, measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working across various functions.
- Understanding of client priorities and performance goals, and how to align product offerings to meet those needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively, make quick decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Commitment to staying informed on industry and competitive updates, including reading trade publications and sharing relevant insights with the team.
- A college degree is required.

- Previous advertising sales experience is highly valued.
