**About the Role**

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in optimizing design and production processes, fostering a seamless environment for creativity and delivery. You will primarily focus on two crucial areas: Creative Operations, where you will collaborate with design leaders to refine project briefs, prioritize tasks, and facilitate reviews, ensuring strategic alignment. Concurrently, in Production Operations, you will implement efficiencies in the design and production workflow, overseeing staff and resource planning, vendor management, and all aspects of project delivery to ensure exceptional results on time.

Your contributions will include:

  • Partnering with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership to develop a deep understanding of vision.
  • Driving design deliverables for each cycle.
  • Refining the design process for maximum efficiency and quality output.
  • Operationalizing design processes to significantly increase productivity.
  • Managing design work items, scope, and requirements.
  • Identifying capacity and forecasting for design workloads.
  • Partnering with Design Managers to negotiate scope with partners and leadership according to bandwidth.
  • Facilitating design reviews and ensuring actions are captured and communicated effectively.
  • Reviewing tools and processes to optimize cross-team collaboration.
  • Tracking resourcing needs and initiating discussions on asks with Design Managers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to directly partner with design leaders managing large teams, providing exposure to large-scale design operations and enhancing your project management and communication skills through cross-functional collaboration with engineers.

**What You’ll Bring**

  • Minimum of 6+ years of overall experience in the field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with program management; prior experience in design operations is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with proficiency in modern project tracking software (not limited to specific tools) and advanced skills in office productivity applications, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with project management skills, including capacity tracking and prioritization.
  • Education in business, engineering, design, or a highly related field with significant industry experience.
  • Experience working in design environments.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools
