Are you a visionary designer passionate about crafting the intricate details that define a world-class digital experience? We are seeking a talented individual to join a pivotal Brand Design team, responsible for delivering creative direction across a vast product ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just be designing; you’ll be shaping the fundamental visual language of widely used applications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a delightful user experience through the power of iconography. Your work will directly influence how users navigate, understand, and connect with products that touch countless lives.

As an Iconography Designer, you will be instrumental in evolving the visual systems that define our brand within the product. You will dive deep into the creation and maintenance of iconography, working collaboratively to set new standards for visual communication. **What You’ll Do:**

  • Collaborate closely with product and visual designers to deliver high-quality iconography that enhances user understanding and engagement.
  • Create, refine, and meticulously maintain icons for use across web, desktop, and mobile digital platforms.
  • Ensure all iconography is visually consistent, accessible, and perfectly aligned with established brand guidelines.
  • Translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive, and engaging visual solutions that resonate with users.
  • Actively participate in design critiques, thoughtfully incorporating feedback from partners and stakeholders to elevate design quality.
  • Support the comprehensive documentation and meticulous organization of icon libraries and assets, ensuring scalability and ease of use.

**How Your Performance Will Be Measured:**

  • Your success will be evaluated based on the quality of your work, your ability to synthesize information into impactful outputs, your strong attention to detail, and your effectiveness in communicating and articulating your design decisions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, with a dedicated focus on iconography or visual systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing icons specifically for digital products across various platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional icon design, visual clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related software.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex design decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current visual design trends and best practices.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with comprehensive design systems and asset libraries.
  • Familiarity with motion/animation or 3D design principles.
  • Exceptional visual craft and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
