We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a vital team focused on real estate. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the smooth execution of complex real estate transactions, directly contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting leadership, agents, and legal counsel, navigating the intricacies of real estate processes, and safeguarding critical documentation.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of real estate operations, managing and coordinating essential aspects of real estate transactions. You will play a key part in project management, document control, and ensuring compliance, providing critical support that underpins the company’s expansive real estate portfolio.
Your Impact:
- Assist, project manage, and coordinate specific aspects of real estate transactions under guidance.
- Draft, review, and secure approval for real estate documents.
- Conduct exhibit reviews and maintain meticulous records.
- Collect necessary documentation for transactions.
- Provide notary public services for legal documents.
- Submit financial requests related to real estate activities.
- Track environmental and real estate contract approval flows.
- Ensure final record retention and maintain two (2) record-keeping and approval databases.
- Engage with all levels and matters of real estate transactions, including associated operations, financial, and legal aspects.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required to be or become a Notary Public.
- 2+ years of experience working as a corporate or commercial real estate professional, administrator, or property manager for a law firm, a real estate company, or equivalent.
- Proficient understanding of the real estate process, including related transactional and legal work.
- Comprehensive understanding of all real estate-related documentation (e.g., purchase/sale contracts, leases, options, agreements, letters of understanding).
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, forward-thinking approach, and strong time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate.
