This is a US-based remote position. It will start as a 9 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will be a trusted advisor, translating commercial strategies into actionable sales and go-to-market plans. Your data-driven insights will guide decision-making and unlock growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving sales process discipline, enabling business partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a high-impact role with the potential to shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of commercial business strategies, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving corrective actions with stakeholders across sales, go-to-market, finance, and supply chain.
  • Analyze revenue drivers, sales process discipline, and business enablement, providing key insights to leadership.
  • Drive sales process discipline and reporting, ensuring high integrity in sales and go-to-market planning.
  • Enable sales motion strategy and business partnership, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Manage programs and conduct analyses to support the integration and execution of sales and go-to-market plans.
  • Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  • Approve project and work breakdown structures, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets, predicting and addressing potential overruns.
  • Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, analytical analysis, and business partnership/enablement.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Power BI (preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive integrated planning and sales process discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI agents.
  • Experience within the technology hardware industry.
  • Advanced analytics experience.
