Join a leading global technology innovator as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by finding and attracting top-tier talent. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will directly impact the growth and success of various teams, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted strategies to identify the best candidates in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other open-source communities to identify and engage exceptional talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on talent acquisition matters.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, effectively communicating opportunities and company culture.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- LinkedIn Certification.
- Experience recruiting for a large technology company.
