As a Data Scientist on this team, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of user behavior and metric analysis. You will play a crucial role in understanding user acquisition, engagement, and retention, partnering with diverse teams across the organization to achieve common goals. Your insights will directly influence product development and business strategy, making a tangible impact on the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal metrics, user behavior, and other relevant data using various tools and methodologies.
- Develop and test hypotheses, build models, and extract valuable insights using scripting languages and big data infrastructure.
- Create and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools like data visualization platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, business, product, and engineering, to share insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership teams clearly and effectively, influencing product strategy and business decisions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Insights, Data Analytics, and Data Science.
- 2-4 years ofe experience in SQL or Python.
- 2-4 years of experience with big data platforms like Databricks or similar technologies.
- 2-4 years experience with manipulating data and completing data analysis & reporting
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a related field.
