Project Manager (Agency Experience)

You’ll be the central point of contact, collaborating with internal teams, marketing partners, and external technical teams to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to navigate the digital and print landscape, coupled with your strong communication skills, will be essential to your success. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Forge strong partnerships with internal teams to present a unified agency perspective to marketing partners.
• Provide expert counsel during project planning, assessing feasibility, resource availability, and scope.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including retrospective analysis.
• Manage client expectations regarding project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management software (Workfront) to manage workflows, schedules, resources, and communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, mitigate risks, and escalate critical issues.
• Maintain accurate project information in Workfront for reporting and analysis.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical, strategy, creative, account, and production teams.
• Serve as primary or supporting project manager for various projects.
• Contribute to team cohesion and cross-functional partnership.
• Provide feedback and participate in team and agency initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven success in delivering medium to large-scale projects within an agency, consultancy, or marketing firm.
• Experience managing diverse marketing assets (emails, social media content, webpages, event creative, collateral, motion graphics, strategic messaging).
• Familiarity with campaign management, measurement, and analysis.
• Adaptability to evolving workflows while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding and application of project management principles.
• Decisive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to offer alternative solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools (Workfront, JIRA, or Basecamp).
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in highly regulated environments or at a financial institution.
