This is a Hybrid position based in Redmond, WA. It will start as a 9 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a large-scale migration project, impacting thousands of engineers and shaping the future of how technology is used within the organization. About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the migration of approximately 1800 tools to a new platform. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating with tool owners, security teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. This is a dynamic and challenging project where you’ll have the chance to define and implement new processes in an evolving environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the migration process for approximately 1800 tools to a new platform.
  • Identify and validate tool ownerships and needs.
  • Define and document steps for the migration process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tool owners, security, product managers, business teams).
  • Maintain a live inventory of tools, ownership, and technical readiness.
  • Coordinate intake, security review, testing, and validation workflows.
  • Partner with engineering, platform, identity, and security teams to ensure successful tool transitions.
  • Understand system dependencies, authentication/authorization flows, and cloud integration patterns.
  • Drive alignment, resolve blockers, and escalate critical risks.
  • Design playbooks and communication templates for repeatable execution.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
  • 4-5 years of experience with large-scale program management, including managing complex, asset-heavy programs, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and structured workflows.
  • 8+ years of experience with technical architecture understanding, including application/system architecture, authentication mechanisms, API integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
  • 8-10 years of experience with identity integration & migration awareness, including transitions involving SSO, identity federation, or re-authentication frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working within similar large enterprise environments.
  • Background in enterprise migrations, identity systems, or platform modernization.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows.
