Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, edit, test, and refine content for diverse platforms, including user interface text, educational materials, product naming, and information architecture.
  • Champion content standards, ensuring consistency and evolving the company’s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, and marketers, to address user needs based on data analysis and feedback.
  • Advocate for content strategy best practices within the organization and the broader professional community.
  • Provide constructive feedback and share your expertise with team members.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven ability to work independently and escalate issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply content strategy techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
