Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in South Canton, MI!
This position is 100-% on-site. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client’s location on a daily basis.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis
- Can work the assigned schedule: Monday-Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (all shifts require a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities:
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and contacting members and physicians.
- Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the system.
- Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns.
- Consult with a Pharmacist for guidance on complex prescription processing or interpretation.
- Provide support for inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- 2-4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state.
- Basic computer skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17.89 to $19.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
