Location: Plantation, FL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with weekend availability (weekday comp time provided)

Be the analytical backbone of our HR operations! As an HR Data Specialist, you’ll ensure our workforce data is accurate, compliant, and optimized. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who love working with numbers and systems.

Your Daily Mission:

• Audit timesheets and pay-related data with precision
• Enter and update employee records in HCM systems
• Process retroactive pay adjustments and resolve pay inquiries
• Support attendance management processes
• Complete ServiceNow case management tasks
• Lead data cleanup initiatives for system implementations
• Maintain data integrity across multiple HR platforms

What You Bring:

• Required: UKG Pro WFM experience and knowledge
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with payroll, benefits, or wage & hour support preferred
• Bonus points for Workday, Kronos, or ServiceNow experience
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer service excellence for internal stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environment
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality handling
