As the Editorial Engagement Program Manager, you’ll be the architect of innovative engagement experiences, optimizing content strategy across multiple platforms. Your data-driven insights will directly influence the evolution of communication, training, and content delivery, ultimately shaping the success of retail initiatives worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage a global retail audience.
  • Build strategic frameworks and innovate new engagement experiences for internal teams.
  • Refine and optimize communication, training, and content strategy across various tools and touchpoints.
  • Perform data analysis to track engagement and inform future content strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and design strategic plans for future formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, training, education, and/or internal engagement
  • Proven ability to use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for content creation and strategy development.
  • Understanding of social media best practices, social media account management, or SEO concepts to expand readership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
