As the Associate Manager of Paid Social Media, you’ll be a key player in a dynamic Marketing Shared Services team. You will collaborate closely with Senior Managers, channel planning teams, and the media agency to ensure paid social investments are maximized for efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in driving performance across leading social platforms, refining creative workflows, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Senior Managers by quality assuring asset launches, conducting technical health checks, and optimizing creative workflow processes.
* Collaborate with Senior Managers to manage full-funnel paid social campaigns across various platforms.
* Generate campaign tracking to ensure accurate measurement of media results.
* Perform daily analytics checks, monitoring tracking consistency, messaging accuracy, and feed/pixel health.
* Partner with creative, organic social, and copy teams to gather assets for tests and special initiatives.
* Communicate with cross-functional partners and channel planning teams regarding performance downturns.
* Guide agency and platform partners on seasonal and commercial priorities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience planning and executing paid social campaigns, ideally within a large retail organization or agency setting.
* In-depth knowledge of paid social channels, technologies, best practices, and current trends.
* Strong reporting and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and precise execution.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization, driving change through cross-functional collaboration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of curiosity, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for learning and collaboration.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Experience with specific social media management platforms.
* Familiarity with specific analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
