This is for our 24/7 team coverage and will require the talent to work 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday + 3 weekdays (which we are flexible on, but they must be consistent). 

This role will work on the Client Support team to assist hotels in selecting, understanding, and executing Marriott’s digital marketing services and offerings. This support will come in the form of answering inquiries, performing hotel requests, and maintaining hotel websites in AEM and other tools. Talent will work from ticket queues that have defined turnaround times (SLA’s). 

This role will require someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable with CMSs. The team is responsible for reviewing and maintaining content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). AEM experience is not required and can be learned on the job, but some CMS experience is required (i.e. WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.). Talents may be responsible for image selection, copy placement, component navigation, and collaborating with colleagues regularly. This role will be accountable for the assigned webpage production. They will need a high attention to detail and the ability to self-QA their work.

Talent needs to be an investigative problem solver. There are defined processes in place, but Talent should feel comfortable creating or suggesting processes if it will improve results. 

Job Responsibilities:
You will be trained to accurately review content from the Client’s Salesforce ticketing system to the AEM environment via copy/paste, image upload, and other methods
Decipher web content and apply a set of guidelines to judge how to migrate content into the AEM environment
Self-manage an assigned list of pages against a deadline
Quality-control your own and peer-migrated content, including content, links, and imagery
Attend routine meetings and report on progress and roadblocks
Raise and document issues or questions about content to the Project Leadership

Skills and experience required:
Understanding of how web pages work, data hierarchy, and link hierarchy relationships
Must have Content Management System (CMS) experience 
Comfort researching and working with peers to find solutions for unforeseen obstacles
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new software tools and applications
Thorough and accurate in accomplishing tasks
Experience working in spreadsheets or data sets
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable with self-managed, independent work requiring limited oversight
Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to own work from concept to completion and take accountability for results
Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
Nimble and handles changes in direction with a good attitude
Proficient with computers and ability to assemble PC with monitors and keyboard in a remote setting
Promote team growth and assist with training and documentation 
2+ years of digital marketing experience 
High attention to detail and accountability are a must
Solid understanding of using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Experience with AEM and Salesforce is a plus, but this can be learned on the job

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
