What You’ll Do:

  • Submit and manage requests for custom audiences, incorporating planner feedback for optimal targeting.
  • Maintain and update the audience catalogue, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for both internal teams and clients.
  • Develop audience packages for key marketing moments, aligning with seasonal trends and brand initiatives.
  • Provide audience sizing and insights for proposal development, contributing to effective campaign strategies.
  • Update blocking charts, budget trackers, and planning templates, ensuring meticulous campaign organization.
  • Support the development of proposals, enabling quick turnaround on client requests and contributing to efficient workflow.
  • Manage proposal trackers, maintaining clear visibility into project pipelines and deadlines.
  • Request and track RFPs from various vendors, facilitating effective partnerships and maximizing campaign reach.
  • Book inventory with direct partners, securing optimal placement and timing for campaign deliverables.
  • Liaise with vendors to gather essential campaign information, specifications, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide cross-pod support, assisting team members during peak workloads and ensuring consistent coverage.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all planning documentation, upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or delays, contributing to effective problem-solving and mitigation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate client deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the field of media planning, audience strategy, and retail media networks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with digital media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google DV360, Pinterest Ads).
  • Familiarity with ad operations and tagging processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
