As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from requisition creation to offer extension.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+  years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various methods.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
