You will be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. Your organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests will be essential to your success.
As a Group Assistant, you will be a vital resource for the team, handling a variety of administrative functions. You will be responsible for group support within the office, managing orders and vendor requests, and facilitating onboarding activities for new hires. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to a large group.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Manage department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing.
- Oversee equipment and space management.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Enforce team policies and procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in group administration and team support for large teams.
- 2-4 years of experience with space management.
- 2-4 years of overall administrative experience.
- Excellent professionalism and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and track multiple requests.
- Proficiency in email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Office Suite preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a large tech environment.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication styles.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.61 to $30.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
