You’ll be the go-to person for all things site-related, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone. This isn’t your typical admin role – you’ll be collaborating with teams across the organization, driving key initiatives, and making a tangible difference in how things run.
As a Site Operations Administrator, you will:
- Be the central point of contact for all site administrative needs, working closely with team admins, business leaders, and support staff.
- Proactively anticipate and address administrative needs, making informed decisions based on a deep understanding of business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of execution.
- Manage new hire onboarding logistics, from equipment procurement and workspace setup to welcome communications.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring the timely return of equipment and updating workspace information.
- Maintain and update seating charts, handling individual and group seating requests with efficiency.
- Act as the liaison with facilities teams, addressing space planning, badge access, and other site-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to plan and execute large-scale meetings, morale-boosting events, and site-wide communications.
- Partner with other site administrators and administrative staff across the organization to ensure consistent processes and a positive employee experience.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive or site-level administrative roles, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Space Management and Team Support for large teams (over 100+ employees).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous fast-paced administrative role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tech industry.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience with office applications and internal business systems
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.29 to $31.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
