As a Project and Contracts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing large-scale infrastructure replacement projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage all phases of infrastructure replacement projects, from initial planning and scope definition to execution and completion.
- Contract Management: Interpret complex contracts and interconnection agreements (e.g., CAISO, FERC, CPUC) to ensure project scope aligns with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Negotiation & Commercial Management: Prepare proposals, lead commercial negotiations with customers, and resolve any outstanding commercial claims.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal partners and external clients.
- Financial Oversight: Estimate project costs, analyze proposals, and manage budget responsibilities for out-of-scope work.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or program management, with a strong preference for experience with utility contracts.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, strong negotiation and communication skills, and excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.12 to $47.92 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
