As a Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you will be the vital link between internal teams and external partners, orchestrating timelines, streamlining communications, and managing creative approvals. Your expertise in project management and communication will ensure that partnerships launch smoothly and effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Leads to keep projects on track, facilitate clear communication, and shepherd creative assets through the approval process. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, communications, and creative approvals for partnership launches.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless information flow and asset delivery.
  • Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing materials and assets.
  • Contribute to the development of clear and concise communications for diverse audiences.
  • Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and project-oriented environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Partnerships.
  • Demonstrated program management skills within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience organizing marketing assets and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the global streaming landscape.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.11 to $30.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
