As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in streamlining their procurement processes, driving efficiency, and empowering teams with cutting-edge tools. This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with a dynamic team focused on implementing and enhancing procurement/sourcing tools. You’ll be at the forefront of change, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and maximizing the benefits of these new systems. This role offers a unique blend of project coordination, change management, and training development, allowing you to broaden your skillset and make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of procurement/sourcing tools and related system enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional working groups, manage project timelines and dependencies, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and report issues or escalations impacting project timelines.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including creating training materials, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
  • Draft clear and concise communications, including presentations, training scripts, and change announcements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or change management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems.
  • Strong change management capabilities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training rollout planning.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal).
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, process documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with procurement systems such as Zip, Ironclad and Coupa, or similar.
  • Experience in training design and related tools (e.g., Adobe, Photoshop, Rise).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.44 to $37.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
