As a key member of a dynamic scrum team, you’ll leverage your ETL and database expertise to design, build, and optimize critical data pipelines. This is an opportunity to not only enhance your technical skills but also contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting, playing a vital role in the company’s success.

As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and optimizing stored procedures and queries in Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or higher).
  • Designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Creating and implementing scripts using Python and PowerShell to automate tasks and improve data flow efficiency.
  • Performing data analysis, profiling, mapping, quality checks, lineage tracing, and governance activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the scrum team to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality data pipelines.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Working with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to support cloud-based data integration processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience developing stored procedures and query tuning in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher.
  • 5+ years of strong ETL development experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, profiling, mapping, quality, lineage, and governance principles.
  • Experience with Tableau and Snowflake for data visualization and warehousing.
  • Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Investment Management industry.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Github, Bitbucket, Bamboo, & Confluence).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.00 to $56.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
