This dynamic role offers the chance to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge service request applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of service request applications, leveraging your expertise in customizing and integrating platforms with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to optimize data flow and operational efficiency.
- Customize modules, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance usability and meet specific business requirements, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for service request applications, minimizing disruptions and ensuring business continuity. Root cause analysis experience is essential.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and future development.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements in IT service management and service request platforms to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of service request management applications, with hands-on experience in development, customization, and integration. Experience with other ITSM tools is acceptable.
- Proficiency in coordinating development, customization, and integration within a service request platform environment.
- Experience troubleshooting request failures and performing root cause analysis.
- Solid technical skills, including exposure to relevant programming languages and development tools. Jira user experience is required.
- Proven ability to integrate service request applications with internal and third-party applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document technical processes clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for service request solutions, aligning them with organizational objectives.
- Proven ability to assess existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions leveraging service request platform capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Innovation Suite integration with Jira.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
