Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in West Jordan, UT!

This is an on-site position.  We will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client’s location in West Jordan, UT.  

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C and 1099 are not permitted for this role.
  • Have a current Pharmacist License for the State of Utah, and that does not expire in the next 6 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Verify prescriptions and review data to ensure medication accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently within established workflow.
  • Contribute to optimizing pharmacy financials, inventory management, and workflow processes.
  • Maintain expertise in pharmacy systems and technology, supporting staff and promoting productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address inquiries related to prescription fulfillment processes within the fulfillment center.
  • Adhere to all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and federal/state pharmacy laws.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Current Pharmacist license.
  • DPharm Degree
  • Previous experience working in a distribution center environment, preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.00 to $65.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
