We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Manager, Growth Strategy to lead our cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Growth, you will be a key driver of our growth marketing efforts, responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that encourage existing customers to purchase additional products. This role requires a leader with a strong business acumen and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality who can navigate complex data and collaborate across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Take ownership of the cross-sell strategy, identifying opportunities to launch new campaigns and refine existing ones to improve the customer experience.
- Performance Management: Analyze campaign data, prepare quarterly and monthly business reviews, and work with commercial finance and marketing analytics to deliver actionable insights.
- Testing & Optimization: Lead A/B testing to validate new marketing strategies and optimize for conversion, including bundled offers, loyalty programs, and other innovative tactics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the brand team to operationalize our value proposition and ensure key messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, innovation, or product marketing. A proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth plans is essential.
- Analytical Prowess: Must be comfortable using BI tools (Looker experience is a plus) and Excel for analysis, modeling, and reporting. Experience managing or closely influencing a P&L is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of marketing campaign execution, both traditional (direct mail and phone) and digital (e-commerce and online). Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Leadership Qualities: A confident self-starter who can operate independently, influence others, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
