- Lead the charge in designing, launching, and scaling solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and key success metrics.
- Become the go-to expert for operational metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Champion the creation and maintenance of essential documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
- Own the customer experience for end-to-end programs, policies, and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Spearhead projects aimed at solving complex operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
- Drive operational excellence with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines.
- Uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement in operational procedures through meticulous data analysis.
- Share best practices and learnings internally and externally, contributing to industry knowledge and thought leadership.
- Manage supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on process improvements, streamlining workflows and scaling operations.
- Resolve employee queries and escalations efficiently, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to enhance support processes.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying business objectives and requirements for operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
- Familiarity with the transportation industry, including operations, business resilience, business continuity, and incident management.
- Deep understanding of operational SLAs.
- Expertise in queue and ticket management.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and customer support.
- Proficiency in automation tools and processes, with a keen eye for identifying automation opportunities.
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of business operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent consultative skills, negotiation skills, and business acumen.
- 2+ years of experience in process documentation, including drafting and maintaining policies, playbooks, and SOPs.
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-tme, 6 months position. You will need to be local to Phoenix market, with possible onsite work and/or travel. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.76 – $89.90 /hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
