Partnering with Aquent, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

About Your Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency across various teams. You will lead process improvement initiatives, implement automation solutions, and manage vendor relationships to optimize performance and enhance customer experience. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions will be essential to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and optimize operational processes for vendor and internal teams, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvement solutions, including automation, outsourcing, and vendor consolidation strategies.
  • Track and analyze operational trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency scoring frameworks.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
  • Manage customer experience for end-to-end programs, policies, and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
  • Oversee supplier/internal partner performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business objectives.
  • Drive the sharing and scaling of best practices and learnings internally and externally.
  • Manage supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations.
  • Provide feedback to service providers and internal stakeholders on process improvements.
  • Resolve employee queries, escalations, and streamline ticket management processes.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to identify business objectives and requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in process documentation, including drafting and maintaining policies, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with the transportation industry, including operations, business resilience, business continuity, and incident management.
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
  • Knowledge of operational SLAs and queue/ticket management.
  • Experience with team management, customer support, and automation tools/processes.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder relationship management, and consultative skills.
  • Expertise in process design and improvement, negotiation, and business acumen.

This is a full-time position for 6 months. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $79.93 – $98.03 /hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
