Come join our leading wealth management client as an Account & Invoice Administrator!

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations within the Research and Data Services team (RDS) , impacting critical research initiatives across the organization. Your expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and data maintenance will directly contribute to the team’s success in providing seamless access to essential market data and research tools. The RDS team globally manages the products, services and technology that aggregate, deliver and display market data and research enterprise-wide. The RDS team manages over 500 data products including data products like Bloomberg, FactSet, Datastream, MSCI, and Morningstar. The Account & Invoice Administrator role primarily focuses on inventory and invoice management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing payment processing, order requests, and vendor relationships within various systems.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records by updating the database with vendor service details, including cost and pricing.
  • Tracking trial/pilot inventory and managing access controls in collaboration with vendors and business associates.
  • Processing invoices and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Managing system access requests for data/research services.
  • Assisting in transitioning backend systems and improving processes.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup).
  • Accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable.
  • Experience with financial management systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to inquiries promptly.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.45 to $48.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
