About the Role

As an Account Manager in this new position, you’ll be the go-to relationship owner for a portfolio of partner law firms. Your job is to ensure every partnership thrives — using data, communication, and sharp instincts to create measurable impact. You’ll dive into performance metrics (think conversion rates, lead quality, and case values), but you won’t just report the numbers — you’ll connect the dots, spot trends, and recommend solutions that drive real results. You are the bridge between the marketing machine and the law firm partners!
This is a role for someone who’s just as comfortable in the spreadsheets as they are on the phone. You’ll build strong trust with law firm partners, collaborate across internal teams, and bring energy and accountability to everything you do. What You’ll Do
- This is not a sales or “dialing for dollars” job. Instead, it’s a consultative, strategic role where you’ll combine data analysis, communication, and problem-solving to make a measurable impact.Manage a portfolio of partner law firms, ensuring every lead and case delivers maximum value
- Analyze performance data to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with clarity and confidence — setting expectations, addressing challenges, and building long-term trust
- Collaborate across marketing, intake, and operations to ensure partners get the right leads at the right time
- Act with urgency and accountability, driving execution and results without waiting to be asked
- Come to the table with solutions, who has internal drive to push things forward
- Using data-driven insights to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change.
- Building strong relationships with attorneys and intake teams to ensure they’re equipped to convert leads.
- Holding partners accountable to agreed-upon performance standards — not just being friendly, but also being firm when needed.
- Collaborating with internal marketing, intake, and operations teams to improve outcomes and share best practices.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years in B2B account management, client success, or partner relationship roles
- Very strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Legal marketing or law firm experience a plus — but not required
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Excellent communicator who combines detail orientation with a personable, solutions-first style
- Demonstrated ownership of accounts, projects, or results — with specific metrics or KPIs to show impact.
- Project Management experience
- Action oriented and someone who really takes ownership
- Comfortable with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
Compensation & Perks
- $75,000 – $90,000 annual salary
