**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced professional to step into a pivotal role, driving strategic promotional campaigns and acquisition initiatives for a cutting-edge audio entertainment service. You will be at the forefront of marketing innovation, collaborating with global stakeholders to craft compelling narratives and optimize user acquisition strategies. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how diverse audiences discover and engage with an expansive library of audio content, from personalized playlists to exclusive podcasts.
**What You’ll Do**
* Drive promotional campaign initiatives and acquisition levers, collaborating seamlessly with global stakeholders and partners.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of promotions, from creative ideation and strategic planning to flawless execution, comprehensive reporting, and continuous optimization.
* Develop and implement an experimentation roadmap, leveraging insights to inform long-term strategy and refine existing offers, creative assets, and messaging.
* Uphold the brand integrity and voice of the service, while effectively showcasing the unique value proposition of each participating partner.
* Forecast, meticulously track, and clearly report campaign effectiveness to internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
* Streamline and optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and impact across marketing operations.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product marketing or similar roles.
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis and metrics, demonstrating superior analytical skills and a strong grasp of experimentation methodology.
* Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling complex cross-functional marketing programs.
* Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategies for subscription-based businesses.
**Compensation Range**
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.53 to $62.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
