Join a leading global innovator and disruptor in online retail as a key player in their Creator Marketing organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between paid media strategy and creator education, directly impacting the success of content creators and shaping the future of online content. Partnering with Aquent, this role will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company’s creator ecosystem.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving engagement and empowering content creators. You will spearhead paid media campaigns, optimizing performance and reach. Simultaneously, you’ll craft and deliver compelling educational resources, equipping creators with the knowledge and tools to thrive. This dynamic role calls for a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a passion for fostering a vibrant creator community.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid media campaigns, overseeing reporting, trafficking, media planning, optimization, and tag implementation.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop, track, and deploy creator-facing assets across multiple channels, adhering to project timelines.
  • Facilitate engaging live webinars, moderating discussions and addressing participant questions in real-time.
  • Analyze post-webinar feedback to inform future content development and improvement.
  • Monitor and report on educational content performance, tracking key metrics and contributing to business reviews.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the creator education hub, overseeing content development and management.
  • Guide design and UX agency partners, providing creative direction and ensuring timely implementation.
  • Develop and implement targeting strategies for personalized educational experiences.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced education management.

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and digital campaign management.
  • Proven experience in content strategy development and website management.
  • Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization principles.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the creator education space.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.53 to $62.81an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
