As a Senior Graphic Designer within their Corporate Creative Resources team, you’ll be crafting compelling visuals that connect with audiences worldwide, showcasing the magic behind the multitude of brands within their portfolio. Your designs will breathe life into marketing campaigns, digital experiences, merchandise, and more, leaving a lasting impression on fans and internal stakeholders alike.
This is your opportunity to shape the visual narrative of a global entertainment leader. Collaborating with a talented team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring brand consistency and pushing creative boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute creative designs across multiple touchpoints, including branding and marketing campaigns, digital collateral, merchandise, print materials, presentations, and events.
- Develop innovative design solutions, demonstrating ingenuity and resourcefulness throughout the design process.
- Contribute to all stages of design, from creating mood boards and sketches to developing style guides and delivering final assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, maintaining brand consistency and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, effectively communicating your vision and rationale.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
- Take a lead role in developing and deploying best-in-class creative assets, producing high-quality designs, illustrations, and campaigns.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis in both print and digital mediums.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced skills in illustration, color theory, and typography.
- Proficiency in print publication development, including layout design, pre-press, and press checks.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including mobile and responsive design.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in editorial and photography.
- Keynote and/or PowerPoint design skills.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Awareness of current market trends in design and content consumption.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current entertainment industry trends.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.63 to $48.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
