This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate with a highly collaborative team focused on web platforms. You’ll gain invaluable experience conducting A/B testing on high-traffic websites, making a tangible difference in user engagement and business outcomes.

As an Experimentation Program Manager, you will:

  • Plan, document, and manage activities related to experiments for the Experimentation program.
  • Provision access and deployment instructions for commonly used tools.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team partners, including site management, product management, analytics, design, and development teams.
  • Oversee strategic planning of experiments, test design, planning, and analysis of A/B tests.
  • Coordinate concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Work closely with vendor teams to maintain day-to-day tickets, run experiments tracked through project management software, and ensure experiments gather all necessary information and meet metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team lead on strategy and long-term planning/road mapping.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of overall experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits.
  • 7+ years of experience with web analytics platforms and project management software.
  • 4+ years of experience with online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills (written and presentation).
  • Experience with operational responsibilities including sprint planning and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Front-end development knowledge.
  • Experience with visual software.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.19 to $71.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
