We are looking for a Change Manager, leading the charge in GenAI adoption within Global Technology for our Global client. This Beaverton, OR hybrid role will be a 9-month engagement starting in the middle of September. As a Change Manager, you’ll empower teams to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence, shaping the future of technology. This isn’t just about change management; it’s about pioneering the future of work. You will be the driving force behind the training, implementation, and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions. Partnering with Global Technology teams, you’ll orchestrate seamless transitions, ensuring that every team member is equipped to thrive in this new era of innovation. Your expertise will minimize disruption and maximize the potential of AI across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of change management strategies specifically for GenAI implementation within the Global Technology Management Office.
- Create and deliver dynamic training programs that inspire and educate teams on effectively utilizing AI tools and resources.
- Collaborate with diverse business groups to facilitate smooth AI adoption, addressing challenges and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Develop targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
- Analyze and resolve any roadblocks to adoption, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing the benefits of AI integration.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, and technology adoption.
- Proven experience driving AI adoption in the workplace.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Master’s + 4 yrs; Associate’s degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.00 to $59.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
