We are looking for a Merchandise Assistant with a leading global fashion retailer. This will be a 4-month onsite engagement starting the end of August in San Francisco, CA. You will be empowered to develop and execute inclusive merchandise strategies, impacting the customer experience and driving profitable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and see your vision come to life as you curate assortments that resonate with customers worldwide.
Responsbilities
- Developing and executing merchandise assortments that meet customer needs and align with the overall department strategy.
- Collaborating with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production partners to ensure product strategies meet customer needs, drive profitability, and optimize speed to market, all while considering inclusivity.
- Reviewing seasonal investment strategies with Inventory Management to protect key initiatives and growth drivers.
- Identifying business opportunities and risks by analyzing sales performance and gathering market information.
- Communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Participating in diverse projects and assignments.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.53 to $37.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
